GROWTH · OPEN ROLE
Sales and Growth Manager
Win new clients across the U.S. and build the relationships that keep them with us.
About the role
You’ll lead new business for ZeeBUGS in the United States. That means finding businesses that need a better website, custom software, a mobile app or an AI-powered solution, understanding what they actually need, and working with our delivery team to shape proposals clients say yes to. The role is remote, based in the U.S., with frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of U.S. clients through outreach, referrals, partnerships, events and inbound leads.
- Run discovery conversations that uncover business goals, constraints and decision-makers.
- Scope projects with our designers and engineers, and present clear proposals and pricing.
- Negotiate and close new business, and plan follow-on work with existing clients.
- Travel frequently to meet prospects and clients and represent ZeeBUGS at industry events.
- Keep the CRM accurate and forecast your pipeline reliably.
- Share what you hear in the market to shape our services, messaging and content.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of B2B sales in digital services, software development, a digital agency or SaaS.
- A track record of closing consultative, technical deals with business owners and executives.
- Based in the United States and authorized to work there.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S.
- Excellent communication, and comfort with ambitious targets and the autonomy that comes with them.
Nice to have
- An existing network among small and mid-sized businesses.
- Experience selling AI, data or custom software projects.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams.
How we work
- Purpose before features. We start with the business problem and the people we’re building for, then decide what to build. You’ll be trusted to ask “why” before “how”.
- Connected disciplines. Strategy, design, engineering and growth work as one team on every project, not as hand-offs between departments.
- Remote, with real ownership. We work remotely across time zones, write things down and keep a few hours of overlap for conversations that need them. You own your work from scope to launch.
- Room to keep improving. We build systems that can evolve, review our work honestly and use modern tools, including AI, wherever they make the result better.
Hiring process
- Application review. We read every application, and you’ll hear back from us either way.
- Intro call. A 30-minute conversation about your experience, the role and what you’re looking for.
- Practical step. A short exercise or a walk-through of your past work, relevant to the role. No unpaid spec projects.
- Team conversation. Meet the people you’d work with most closely and ask anything.
- Offer. If it’s a fit on both sides, we’ll put together an offer and agree a start date.
