Prices shown on our Pricing page are package prices in US dollars for the scope described in each package. They are a starting point for discussion, not an offer that can be accepted as is. The final scope, deliverables, price, timeline and payment schedule for any project are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Prices exclude any applicable taxes and third-party costs (such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, licenses, stock assets or app-store fees) unless the proposal says otherwise. We may update packages and prices on the website at any time; changes don’t affect work already agreed in writing.

Project agreements

Each project is governed by its written proposal or agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, the proposal or agreement takes priority. Work outside the agreed scope, or changes requested after approval, may be quoted separately and can affect the timeline.

Your responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to:

  • provide accurate information, content, feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframes;
  • give us the access we need, such as hosting, domain, app-store or third-party accounts;
  • make sure you have the right to use any materials you supply (text, images, logos, fonts, data) and that using them in your project doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights;
  • review deliverables and report issues promptly.

Delays in content, feedback or access can move delivery dates.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are set out in the proposal or agreement. We may pause work if agreed payments are overdue, and resume once the account is up to date.

Intellectual property

When the agreed fees have been paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your custom designs, logo files and project code, unless the proposal states otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and general know-how, and grant you a license to use any of them included in your deliverables as part of your project. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. With your permission, we may show the work in our portfolio and case studies.

The content, design and branding of zeebugs.com belong to ZeeBUGS and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information, project files and access credentials confidential and use them only to perform the work you have asked for. This doesn’t apply to information that is already public or that we are required to disclose by law.

Third-party services

Projects often depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, payment gateways, APIs and software-as-a-service tools. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, policy decisions (including app-store review outcomes) or failures.

Warranties and limitation of liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, the website and its content are provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its “Last updated” date. Projects already agreed in writing remain governed by the terms in place when they were agreed, unless both parties agree otherwise.
